Head of Support

As the Head of Support, you will be in charge of maintaining a support staff. You will have access to the ticket system used at support.explode.gq.

Requirements

  • Must have decent experience managing communities
  • Must have fluent English with correct grammar and punctuation
  • Must be able to communicate with Human Resources and support staff

Bonuses

Roles

  • To maintain support staff and ensure all staff are working efficiently
  • To assign staff into teams and departments
  • To work with Human Resources with regards to support staff
  • To reply to all emails sent to Support at support@explode.gq or assign a staff member to do so.
