As a Support Agent, you will be in charge of ensuring satisfaction with our partners and prospecitves. You will have access to our support ticket system.

Requirements

• Must have fluent English with correct grammar and punctuation
• Must be able to communicate with the Head of Support
• Knowledge of the YouTube Platform
