As Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for maintaining the entire Explode staff and working with other Heads to ensure all staff are working efficiently.

• Must have experience in managing a community
• Must have fluent English
• Must be able to communicate with staff and other Heads
• Must be able to manage staff effectively
